Send us your fantasy novel. Every submission gets an answer within 8 weeks, and there are no fees, ever.
How it works
1. Send
Go through the steps: a few details, your pitch, your synopsis and your first three chapters.
2. We read
Our editorial team reads it. Nobody else sees your pages.
3. Reply within 8 weeks
Everyone gets an answer: a no, a request for more, or an offer.
4. If we offer, we talk contract
Nothing is signed until we both agree. You can say no at any time.

What to send
A pitch: 100–300 words on what the book is and why readers will love it.
A synopsis: 1–2 pages covering the whole story, ending included. Upload it or paste it.
The first three chapters: In one file, up to about 10,000 words. If chapter three runs long, stop at a natural break.
Files: .docx, .pdf, .txt or .md (chapters can also be .rtf), up to 5 MB each.
Sending it to other publishers too? That is fine: just tell us if someone else accepts it. Aged 13 to 17? You can submit with a parent or guardian's agreement. More answers on the Help page.
